Didn't start off great, was called into the wrong room! For first appointment and was asked by a surgeon how I felt after the abortion, I was only in for a scan and this scared me a lot, no name or dob confirmation, I said I'm still pregnant and haven't had it yet, he apologised but definitely scared me, this was because I said my first name at the desk and the receptionist said someone else's last name, to which I thought she said 'you will be seeing ... Today' so I just said yes okay, me and this patient shared the same first name, definitely need dob confirmation. The scan was okay, the lady was nice but could do with some people skills, someone walked in during no uniform or PPE, guessing they are friends, she was friendly but was only hanging about I was joked with 'dont worry she does work here' fast forward today, at the desk asked 'what is your first name' made sure I clearly said first and last regardless from the moment I've arrived I can't fault anything, wonderful lovely nurses, felt support and looked after every second. Surgery was fine, never left in pain. Fantastic people today felt like a private hospital and would recommend
