I was left waiting initially for a very long time,it would be good if the communication was kept up during waiting times so we know what's happening I know it's not always possible and every situation is individual in these circumstances. But I was treated with genuine care and I think Marie Stopes is such an amazing place we are lucky that we have somewhere like this I'm very grateful Thankyou.
