[name removed], the first nurse I met was so caring and understanding, but still professional and she was clearly very experienced. I looked out for her throughout different appointments and it really helped me. My diagnosis of foetal anomaly ame in late and I was quite emotional. She in particular, was great. The surgeon also like the time to talk to me and answer my questions which was reassuring, and all other staff were pleasant and professional.
