I'm not aware of his name but I think it's important that staff (especially men) and informed the importance of not being blunt when giving information. And even if he was in a rush, his sharpness and lack of patience sent me in to a panic attack whilst in the toom. To which he was still trying to rush the conversation and the nurse had to stop him. It was an awful experience so I feel the need to make it known to hopefully prevent this happening to anyone else. Other than that I couldn't fault a thing.
