My only note would be I was a little worried about the treatment and didn't understand slot of the information until the day regarding the procedure, the only way I can think the service could be improved would be a bit more of a breifing before the actual final appointment. Other than that I felt very cared for throughout the day and staff left me leaving as comfortable as can be.

The ladies are lovely here, especially the midwives after treatment, they are really attentive and make sure you know they are looking after you and that they are there for your best interest.

From when I first entered I was shown care and compassion and I was put at ease the whole time. It made a very upsetting experience go as well as I could have imagined. The nurses reception and anesthetist and surgeon were wonderful. Especially the surgeon she was very caring and compassionate. I can't thank you all enough.

Very caring staff and surgeon not only introduced her self, she asked if I had any questions or worries. Couldn't fault anyone an amazing team.

I was very anxious and everyone went out of their way to make me feel safe. They explained everything well to me throughout procedure and aftercare, I would definitely recommend Marie Stopes to friends and family
