At every point, every person has been empathetic and lovely. At every stage people checked in and made sure I was clear on my decision without being fussy. I was so impressed with how quickly I was treated and how efficient everything has been. I'm a huge fan of the NHS and this has strengthened my opinion even more. I think you are amazing. Thank you.
