[name removed] and [name removed] in the dayroom were so friendly and patient with me while trying to manage pain and recovery, giving me a reminder of everyone's names. [name removed] was charming, calming, patient and informative, guiding the process for me brilliantly. [name removed] and [name removed] made the treatment room far less frightening, and treated me so gently when I seemed panicked and overwhelmed. [name removed] was a gentle and personable surgeon, efficient too as it was all over so fast! [name removed] n [name removed] listened well and responded to feedback on my comfort and preferences in such a friendly and efficient manner. Honestly everyone has been so lovely!
