Suggested improvements
It was very good and efficient on the day of my appointment but to get to the appointment was very difficult. Called the telephone number provided on the 15th, been given a telephone assessment only on the 23rd, which did not happen as one of the agents called a wrong number. Managed to persuade to have the phone assessment on the planed day but wasted half of the day, lots of stressful calls etc.
