This was my second meeting with Zoe, for a 'peace of mind' check up, and unfortunately, this time the ultrasound highlighted a potential issue, which had not been visible in the mammogram. Zoe took time to explain what the issue was and what the possible treatment options were, and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and voice concerns. At all times her explanations were comprehensive and clear, and each stage was followed up by a detailed written report. The procedure itself went as planned, as did the follow up consultation. I am thankful that not only has the issue been resolved, but that Zoe was also extremely helpful in general health advice, which I will endeavour to follow. I am pleased that I found her, and will continue to have regular check ups with her. In a world where consultants are very often distant and lacking in empathy, Zoe is a refreshing exception. She has a great sense of humour, warmth and compassion, whilst still remaining totally professional. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone needing a breast surgeon, she truly is outstanding
