Professor Winters (Zoe) has a charming and welcoming manner. She is clearly a very knowledgeable person with a great up to date interest in her field. She explained my diagnosis in simple terms to me and listened carefully and patiently to my concerns. I felt as though I was in very safe hands for my surgery. Professor Winters met with me before and my surgery in my hospital room. She has a very caring nature and, if I may say, a good sense of humour which totally put my husband and I at ease. The surgery she performed (simple mastectomy with lymph node removal) is healing really well and honestly I would highly recommend her to anyone going through the trauma of a breast cancer diagnosis. A little note too on Zoe’s support staff, her Practice Manager Jenny & breast care nurse Angela. Jenny was so kind and thoughtful throughout my experience with Prof Winters and I really appreciated the little touches she added in communication. Angela was a lovely calming presence at all my appointments and extremely helpful and comforting throughout. Thanks you Zoe for everything you’ve done.
