I received exceptional service from MSK Doctors from start to finish. On my first appointment he was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything in great detail in an easy to understand way. After my diagnosis I felt fully prepared for my surgery. This was agreed to be the best procedure for me. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and I was told that I could contact him or his secretary at any time if I had any questions or concerns. I did have to contact him with a few questions which were always very quickly answered. I have had two further follow up appointments since my surgery and have received the same exceptional service.
A great doctor, putting things nice and simple, I felt reassured. Can't believe there are so many options available, thank you
Easy to understand, very approachable and the most easygoing professor that I have ever met. Thanks Prof. I’m now back running.
I have ruptured my Achilles tendon and prof have repaired it for me, can't believe how quick it was. Prof has explained to me about his new technique for repair and it was very successful. Can't wait to start my rehab now. I am so glad that I have it operated on by Prof, it makes perfect sense.
Prof has sorted out my ACL, a great surgeon. My Physio was very surprised how quickly I recovered. Thank you Prof
