I found him very easy to speak to and felt very comfortable in his presence. He answered every question i asked and also gave me answers to questions that i didn't realise i needed to ask. he explained himself extremely well. he even came to visit me on the ward after the operation. he gave me confidence by saying that he had removed everything he needed to remove in my surgery. i also found him a very smart, well-spoken, young gentleman. He explained the operation to myself, partner and daughter in detail in a way we as patient/ family could understand.
