Having been refered to Mr Aziz for a second opinion in relation to a high grade polyp in my colon, the care and understanding displayed from the word go from Angela White (Secretary), Amanda Coop (Specialist Nurse) and Mr Aziz was second to none. Having the diagnosis confirmed, all treatment options and outcomes were explained to me with care, understanding and compassion. It was agreed that the best option was to undergo a right side hemicolectomy and again the full procedure, outcomes and risks were explained and any questions answered. Following the sucessful surgery the treatment I received from all the staff at The Christie was outstanding and it was obvious that Mr Aziz and his team are held in high esteem by patients and peers alike. Mr Aziz is a credit to the profession and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and The Christie should you find yourself in a similar position as I did.
