My surgery was performed by Mr Aziz at the Christie hospital as an NHS patient for a mucocele on the appendix. Myself and my family will always be grateful to Mr Aziz for the wonderful treatment I received from him. From my first consultation he listened to all my concerns, and, answered all my questions with patience and understanding. He carried out my surgery quickly, and, all the arrangements made by his team to enable me to travel to Manchester for surgery during the COVID-19 pandemic worked liked clockwork. The skill with which Mr Aziz conducted the surgery has enabled me to make a full recovery. I was so impressed that my operation was completed on a Friday, and, Mr Aziz was on the ward on both Saturday and Sunday morning to check on my progress. During my post surgery follow up appointment Mr Aziz took time to explain my results in detail, and, immediately put a plan in place for my long term follow up. I have the highest regard for Mr Aziz whom I consider to be not only an exceptionally skilled surgeon, but, also one who is extremely dedicated and treats each patient as an individual and addresses their needs and concerns. I will always be grateful that I was treated by him.
