Before the operation he was very clear on what the procedure would be and made me feel so at ease that I could ask any questions I had. After the operation he was there when I came round to reassure me that all had gone well. He personally telephoned my husband to let him know that the operation had been a success and the thing I was most worried about, a stoma, had not been necessary. He is a very approachable doctor who has given me the best possible care. I cannot think of anything he could have improved on.
