I went to see Prof. Reid after failing to get focused help from the NHS. He is clearly expert in his field but is also gentle and considerate in his approach. He takes time to explain everything and doesn’t rush to a conclusion which is important if you have complex disease. It is a relief finding a Doctor who is so dedicated to helping people get the best quality of life possible whilst living with life-altering illness.
