Professor Board took me into his care following a successful 4th hip replacement in the left leg on the retirement of my surgeon from private practice. Although Professor Board has not yet had to operate on either of my hips, seeing him regularly gives me confidence that when the time comes I will be in safe hands. I have/had concerns that if a 5th is needed in the left leg, will the femur bone be strong enough. Professor Board has gone into much detail to explain what the outcome/s could be and his calm and reassuring explanations have allayed my concerns. Meanwhile I will continue to play as much golf as possible and enjoy my large garden and vegetable plots. Thank you Professor Board.
