I had an online consultation with Professor Bijayendra Singh concerning a problem with my elbows. He put me at ease, was friendly and approachable, and I did not feel rushed or embarrassed. He asked pertinent questions and listened carefully to my answers, and also looked at both my arms in different positions. He came up with a plan of action, to take place during the next couple of weeks, which includes two face-to-face appointments, initially with another doctor for nerve and muscle tests, and then with him. He was helpful and efficient.
