I have today seen Mrs Karat for my 2nd consultation regarding cosmetic surgery. I felt very at ease from the initial consultation, Mrs Karat was highly professional, very empathetic and listened to my concerns regarding surgery. Time was not an issue as both my appointments were well over the arranged timings which shows that Mrs Karat is more interested in my requests and time spent to conduct a full assessment and joint decision making rather than clock watching. I have got my surgery booked in for 4 weeks time and feel both excited and in very safe hands...thank you very much for you expertise, knowledge and support.
