Mr Shah was attentive and approachable, and altogether inspired lots of confidence. Of course only time will tell if my hip replacement (done because I fell and fractured my hip hence causing additional tearing of muscles and ligaments) will be trouble free in the long run. But I felt that I was in the best hands and feel very grateful.
