Calm and reassuring throughout the surgeon was approachable and and very welcoming. Mr Naqui was the ultimate professional carrying out my operation using the highest professional standards. In the words of Tina Turner ".Simply the BEST". My follow up visits to see the physio,s were extremely succesful as they took great care in showing me how to exercise my arthritic hand increasing it,s movement and overall mobility by 80%.
Have no fear or worries as the team from booking in to being shown to and around my room to being taken to the operating theatre where everything was explained to me to having my operation was pain free. Followed by a nice rest in the recovery room and a laugh and a joke with the nurse who took me back to my room where a nice chicken salad waited for me.
