Asked relevant questions, my case notes could not be found I had temporary notes, Mr Hu very clear explained everything he was doing, checked my pressure I have glaucoma hoping I might be able to stop using drops. My pressure higher than he would have wanted said to continue with drops. Very thorough, clear and precise.
Would be very happy to see Mr Hu again but unfortunately not always seen by same member staff.
