I received the best treatment from this surgeon and his team. They were totally professional in all their dealings with me and I cannot thank them enough. My only problem was getting confirmation of my treatment for my insurance company in relation to a critical illness policy claim. The insurance contacted them several times for information, could there be a way for this to be available more readily? I am very aware that their job is to save lives but as this impacted on my circumstances severely it would have helped immensely to have got a reply sooner.
