The care and time Mr arzoglou spent with us explaining what he would be doing was very helpful,when I went to hospital I knew what was going to happen .the hospital staff also told us what was happening all the way ,after the operation I felt very well looked after .the only negative thing was I was not told about taking the anti sickness tablets but that is a very very small negative ,the whole stay was good and I felt looked after very well but most of all by Mr Aeroflot and his team thank you

I was faced with a devastating condition and my life potentially changed forever. I was placed under the care of Mr. Arzoglou or 'Vas' as he introduced himself. For me when faced with neurosurgery the main concern is not the surgeons personality but their surgical skills. Vas was so reassuring from the first I met him, he was very detailed about my condition and the surgery required and the possible recovery. I am very pleased to say the surgery was a success ( C1,2,3&4 decompressed and fused). I would definitely recommend Mr. Arzoglou if faced with the prospect of neurosurgery. It has to be mentioned his secretary 'Julie anna' is also very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. This is often a very worrying time for patients so a supportive surgeon and secretary means an awful lot. Thank you for the excellent care I received.

Mr Arzoglou showed great care and concern regarding my case from the outset. He listened to me and explained everything to me regarding the surgery I had again from the outset. The surgery was a complete success due to his skill and knowledge. My follow up appointment was thorough and again I was shown care and concern. I have no thoughts as to how he could improve anything as I was 100% happy.

No one could have a better surgeon, from the moment I first saw him his caring nature and professinal manner were obvious. He treated me with the greatest respect and listened carefully to all I had to say, I felt comfortable at all times as he was clearly confident and assuring, it was nice that I could trust him and it helped when the day of the operation arrived. He came to see me before the operation and afterwards and was reassuring everytime I spoke to him. We could do with a lot more professionals like him. Mrs Doris Robson.
