After many months of suffering severe pain and having seen many doctors and taken much medication I finally got to meet Mr Arzoglou and straight away after our first meeting I knew that this man could help me solve my ongoing problem. He obviously explained about the operation I would need but he also offered me the alternatives to the operation and also made sure I understood the risks of having the operation. I felt very confident with his description of the operation in great detail and he did offer me the choice of having one of his team carry out the operation but because of the confidence he showed, there was no other choice but to have him carry out the operation himself. If I ever have to have a similar operation then there would be no other choice for me but to have Mr Arzoglou carry out the operation. I can only thank him for his time that he spent with me and wish him all the best in his career. Many thanks from both my family and myself.

I have only positive things to say about Mr Arzoglou from my outpatients experience. He has a very professional but at the same time very empathetic manner. I was encouraged to ask questions and he spent time to explain in detail and in a easy for my to understand way my problem and my options. I felt that I was listened to and that I was involved in every decision.

Mr Arzoglou and his team treated my father as an urgent referral to Hull Royal Infirmary, when he had lost virtually all use of his arms and legs. Following the surgery and recovery period in hospital, we met with Mr Arzoglou who gave an excellent explanation of my father's condition, in a simple, easy to understand manner - explaining his long term prospects. Mr Arzoglou certainly listened to myself and my family, answering all of our questions in a patient, caring and sympathetic manner. We would certainly recommend him to look after members of your family.
