Mr Arzoglou is a down to earth and approachable professional who genuinely cares about the well being of his patient, not just the best surgical outcome. He demonstrated his 'over and above' attitude when after an out-patient appointment (my procedure was a success btw), I sought his advice regarding a more suitable chair for my desk at the office. He proceeded to email the UK distributor of a chair I had seen, to request more information supporting their medical claims before offering me his opinion. Thank you!
