I saw Mr Siva today as an emergency referral from my doctor. I expected to have to wait for ages but Mr Siva was waiting for me. He had a great smile and a kind manner which straight away put me at ease. He explained the procedure in full and encouraged me to ask all the questions I wanted. Mr Siva was very patient through out and after the procedure I was very light headed and confused so he then took the time to write down the after care instructions. The kind way in which I was treated helped so much in reducing any anxieties I may have had. Thank you.
