The appointment started on time. Mr Siva has introduced himself and smiled and I felt welcomed straight away ( open body posture, hand shake, smile, facing me ). He has listened to me and shown understanding in what my problem was. He has explained clearly how we are going to deal with the problem and gave me leaflets explaining the matters further. I got the prescription and a clear instruction what to do. There was opportunity to ask questions and I didn't feel rushed.
I hope I will see Mr Siva during my follow up appointment because I feel that my sinuses will be properly taken care of. Thank you Mr Siva and the team :)
