Mr Yarashi was extremely kind and made me feel at ease about the operation and what was going to be completed. The after care from himself was fantastic and always listened to any pain I felt during the recovery. He made it clear beforehand explaining the operation by communicating verbally and also visually which really helped me understand the injury I had suffered and what required to get my shoulder back to health. Now, a year on from the operation my shoulder is extremely stable and I have full confidence (and have done since finishing the rehabilitation stage) that I can continue work as well participating at the level of sport I was before the injury. I could not recommend Mr Yarashi enough! A huge thank you.

I have had shoulder instability for more than 10 years and Yarashi has identified the problem, suggested steps to follow, including a surgery, has dedicated time to find out my needs and discuss my case with several colleagues in order to take the best and most informed decision for my case. The surgery and the post surgery suggestions and follow up appointments have been a major success and I can’t thank him enough for offering more normality in my life and using my shoulder.

The best quality about Mr Tejas Yarashi he gives you all the information in clear concise way. But I think the most important aspect of the whole meeting with Mr Tejas Yarash and having the operation is he cares and is very proud of his work and this instils confidence in you as patient to have a medical presider. The hole department should be very proud of the work they do. On a lighter note the car park needs work................

I cannot thank or praise Mr Yarashi enough for his care and attention and for the excellent results achieved as a result of ORIF surgery on my broken wrist & also the hydrodilatation procedure on my post trauma frozen shoulder. My wrist is as good as perfect which is incredible considering how bad the fracture was & the improvement in my shoulder 12 weeks post procedure is beyond my expectations. Mr Yarashi not only really listens but also explains everything so clearly and in a very easy to understand way, no question is a problem for him to answer. During the shoulder procedure I was awake and I was fascinated to be able to hear the goings on and to hear how Mr Yarashi spoke to and interacted with his team of colleagues in the theatre and that was with respect, courtesy and as an equal. At follow appointments, Mr Yarashi always remembered me which made me feel incredibly valued. I really cannot thank him enough for all that he has done for me. A credit to himself, his profession and to Northampton General Hospital. Thank you.
