Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my 7 month consultation following knee replacement surgery was held over the telephone rather than at BMI The Kings Oak Hospital. Mr Gadikoppula has arranged that we will meet after the current restrictions are eased, to assess the condition of the replaced knee and to arrange for the replacement of the other knee. I was disappointed not to have met with Mr Gadikoppula but under the circumstances I am very satisfied with the progress of my recovery and with the aftercare that is being provided to me. I am looking forward to having the left knee replaced as that is starting to give me trouble.
