What a breath of fresh air! Having been diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma close to my eye I saw Mr Rimouche to discuss my options. Mr Rimouche took the time to explain everything in detail in a clear and concise manner. During the consultation I felt totally involved in the process and fully aware of the situation. The subsequent operation at Royal Preston also saw him explaining again the procedure and he even took the time to introduce the staff present and their roles. Again I felt part of the process and not just another patient as so often is the case.
In a world where we take everything for granted, we should sometimes just stop and say thank-you. Mr Rimouche possesses those rare qualities of genuine care, and compassion. I see myself as a walking example of his great work and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. Or should I say plastic fantastic!
