I met Sirwan Hadad immediately following a diagnosis for breast cancer. He spent time explaining the next steps in a kind and gentle manner to both myself and my partner, so that we understood what would happen in the lead up to surgery. Putting us at ease with his transparency regarding the procedure and what it entailed, along with the possible outcomes. He never spoke over me and treated me with dignity at all times, informative and always re-assuring with his honesty. I am so pleased with the physical results of the surgery and the care I have received from Mr Hadad has been without fault, I cannot express my thanks enough to him and the wider team.
I cannot think of any constructive suggestions for the improvement of my care.
