He manages to combine humanity with professional competence. He treated me as an equal ,not as a number to be suffered so that you developed a relationship which encouraged you to engage at a human level. He was very much to the point at all times, waffle was not his scene. I have an aversion to hospitals but this doctor made me feel relaxed and I am sure I reacted better for that. I will never enjoy hospitals but doctors with the skill of this one make the visit almost a pleasure. I
