I have had both hips replaced by Simon Pearce. In both cases I was unable to walk or sleep properly because of the pain stemming from the rapidly deteriorating hip. After the operations I was walking pain-free, without aids, within weeks and also sleeping pain free. One leg which had become twisted by arthritis in the hip was straightened in the process. The treatment, care and consideration by Simon and the whole team at the Spire were exemplary. I am grateful to them all would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
