Mr. Simon Lambert is not only an expert in his field but the most gracious, caring gentleman I have ever had the privilege to know. He makes each patient feel they are the most important person to him and he shows a great understanding of his patients' problems. He seems sincere and offers his best solution for the problem presented to him, even if that means transferring you to another surgeon, in another specialism. He has such a pleasant manner, never rushes your consultation and you feel confident in his care because of the way he speaks to you and delivers his advice. He would not know how to be arrogant as some surgeons, and he is so pleasant you cannot wait to meet him again. He instills confidence because of his calm manner and I cannot think of a better person to repair my artificial shoulder, which he first put in in 2004. Thank God for such wonderful surgeons.
