Mr Simon Lambert saw my 12 year old child without an appointment in an emergency before he started his FULLY booked clinic. What a kind man. Mr Lambert knew exactly what was wrong and took great care to patiently explain to both of us the medical implication and treatment necessary clearly and without making us feel that we only had a specific amount of time to take everything in. He spend ages with us making sure we understood. He knew exactly what had caused my sons injury and how to explain that should this happen again (dislocation of shoulder joint) what we should do and what we shouldn't do. I came away very calm and completely confident that all was fine and we needed no further advice or opinion. He was very highly recommended by our private GP. His secretary was unbelieveably helpful afterwards when we needed correspondence urgently sent to the school. They could not offer better care.
