First appointment with my sporty son, for a shoulder injury. I very much appreciated that Mr Lambert listened carefully to BOTH my son and myself. Some doctors tend to listen only to the patient, which seems reasonable but a parent often has very relevant and useful additional information. Mr Lambert's emphasis was to ensure the best interests of the patient, including keeping him safely playing sport for an important fixture, and considering options before going straight for the invasive, surgical option. Mr Lambert has an almost zen-like demeanour which inspires confidence and a sense of calm and well-being that leaves you feeling you are in very knowledgeable and experienced hands which can be relied upon.
