One of the things that impressed me the most about Mr Lambert was that he did not rush my consultation that lasted almost an hour. He explained things simply and without reverting to medical jargon. He listened to all my questions and gave honest and pragmatic answers. I'm felt totally at ease due to his gentle nature and this gave me huge confidence about his surgical abilities and gave me a good indication as to hiw I will be looked after post operation. I have also been seen by two other consultants who both described Mr Lambert as "the god of shoulders".
