Having dislocated my shoulder on several occasions in my early years and because of a recent dislocation due to a fall, I decided to have a second opinion and on the advice of my physiotherapist, and two family members who recommended Mr Lambert, I travelled south to Bushey Spires hospital. From the time I booked the appointment with Mr Lambert's secretary who made me feel very much at ease to the actual consultation, I felt relieved. This experience was the total opposite of the previous consultation with another consultant. I am confident that I have selected the right person now to advise and if necessary operate on my shoulder. I felt that Mr Lambert understood my concerns, he was a gentleman, he listened, it goes without saying that he is an expert but he never made me feel that my concerns did not matter. I didn't feel rushed or unimportant. My Physio. liked how Mr. lambert participated on this website and therefore he could view the ratings by patients . In my experience I found Mr Lambert to be honest, caring, accommodating, approachable and competent.
