I saw Mr. Lambert at Spire Bushey hospital for a frozen shoulder and was extremely impressed from the outset both as a doctor and a person. He showed the highest level of professionalism, politeness and kindness allied with enormous understanding. He takes plenty of time to examine, diagnose and explain giving the patient full attention and not rushing the process. At the moment he has advised against surgery, but has made insightful and helpful suggestions about how to proceed and will monitor the situation. It is good to know one won't be operated on only if absolutely required. It was a pleasure being a patient of Mr Lambert's and also to meet such a good and dedicated professional.
