I accompanied my 21 year old nephew William Johnson on a consultation with Mr Lambert on 11th May 2015 - William had dislocated his left clavicle and had undergone surgery. We wanted a second opinion to ensure all the correct procedures had been undertaken as physical fitness is vital for William with his earnest hope of joining the army. After careful examination of X rays, discussion with William and getting him to undertake arm movement Mr Lambert was able to give a succinct report and confirm that it was safe for William to apply for admission for Sandhurst. Both William and I felt Mr Lambert inspired confidence within seconds of meeting him; his approach was professional, he explained exactly what had happened in surgery and he showed empathy for the two of us. From our experience we cannot speak highly enough of Mr Lambert's professionalism - and that he is most approachable
