Mr Lambert took time to understand me as a person as well as just a patient. He was thorough in his diagnosis and took the time to answer all questions comprehensively. Mr Lambert most certainly did not try to suggest that at this stage I should come to him for further treatment - quite the reverse; I therefore felt that this was someone whom I could trust.
