I would wholeheartedly recommend this gentleman whom I saw after a protracted medical journey that has left me at times despairing. My condition (following injury) has had a significant impact on my life and I am terribly grateful that I have not only now got a diagnosis but a plan of action that will hopefully bring me to recovery in due course. Some important features of the consultation process are as follows:- 1. Mr Lambert has a polite, respectful but above all kindly personality. 2. He is clearly an expert in his field and conducted a thorough and targeted examination aimed at eliciting the problem. (Notably I have seen two previous orthopaedic doctors who 'did not' do anything like the same examination and therefore did not find significant results). 3. With due skill he was able to link observable deficits to a specific injury thereby proving his knowledge base. 4. It is clear that he is going to pursue further testing (not to discount but to confirm the extent of the injury), thereby putting my mind at ease that he has my very best interests at heart and is going to help me. 5. The letter sent to myself and my G.P. was prompt and informative. Information was subdivided well into sections: diagnosis and then recommendation; again proving a proactive stance. I feel extremely fortunate that I have found Mr Lambert and I wait in calm expectation of his further help in the future. Really excellent and thank you.
