On meeting Mr Wilson in January last year, I was impressed by his honest advice and professionalism. He spent as much time as I needed discussing the operation itself and the the weight I was in the process of loosing before it. We discussed my requirements from the surgery and he was very clear regarding any issues that could occur when reducing from an L cup to a D/E cup. I had one more meeting with Mr Wilson a month before my op in July, when he checked my weight was now safe for general aenesthetic and that that I fully understood the hospital process, any problems that could occur and the recovery process. On op day, within an hour of arrival I had been shown to my room, met the aenesthetist, marked for surgery and was on my way to theatre. It couldn’t have been better!My husband was kept informed about how I was doing.I went home after two days. My stay was very good. The medical staff were caring and professional and Mr Wilson checked on me each day. I returned a couple of weeks later, when Mr Wilson removed the tape applied during the op. He reassured me that everything was looking good and gave me some new instructions on how to care for the scars, and told me to return in another six weeks. Now, eight months after the op,I have been discharged and I am delighted with the results. I have exactly what I asked for. Thank you so much Mr Wilson.
