From the moment I met Mr Awad, I felt totally relaxed and at ease, he explained my procedure fully and what to expect. When I went to theatre there was upbeat music being played and all staff were extremely happy and made me feel so relaxed rather than nervous. Mr. Awad came to see me after surgery to tell me everything went smoothly and if I had any questions. I cannot recommend Mr Awad enough. Very happy with the service I received.
