Having had a torn cartilage in my left knee 25 years ago I knew the signs and was sure I had the same problem in my right knee which had become completely debilitating. Despite his reservations as he said my right knee was worn out and would eventually need replacing, Mr Trikha listened to me and performed an arthroscopy to remove the damaged cartilage in March this year. This fixed the problem instantly and 4 months on I am completely back to normal and have just been on a scuba diving holiday which tested the knee to the limit. Mr Trikha is clearly highly skilled and was prepared to work outside normal guidelines to fix my problem for which I am very grateful
