Mr Gupta has operated on both my shoulders during the past nine months. From the first consultation, he showed himself to be knowledgeable, experienced, professional, empathetic and tailoring his approach to me as an individual. I was fully engaged in decisions about my care, guided with consideration through the process he advised, and he instilled confidence throughout. The treatment has been extremely successful, not only the surgery itself but also the follow-up regime (physiotherapy) which gradually and safely ensured successful tendon repair.
