I found Mr Almeyda friendly but professional, he instantly put me at ease with his cheerful manner, he apologised for keeping me waiting (not his fault). He listened carefully and explained fully what he thought my condition was, he reassured me about putting the scope up my nose which wasn't painful - more a strange sensation.
Thankfully there was nothing to worry about and I won't have to see him again but I would be very happy to should the need arise.
