He was very caring and came to see me before my op and also the day after the op in intensive care. does not rush you and will explain anything you want, even if this makes his clinic overrun. I must say however that the admin side of things needs to be greatly improved. eg not enough explanation on follow up appointments, papers missing on discharge from hospital.Follow up appointments not being done, therefore have to chase for appointments and not getting a return phone call from staff, very frustrating.
