Firstly he apologised for keeping me waiting (not often heard these days). We then discussed my symptoms and showed me the scan of my spine and explained exactly what was going on. He then examined me and advised that before he could reccomend a solution he would sort it that I have another scan asap. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and compassion and I look forward to meeting him again to discuss the results from my next scan.
